- Correctly stamped, 'Madoura Plein Feu / Empreinte Originale de Picasso' to underside.
- White earthenware ceramic plate with coloured engobe and glaze. Executed in an edition of 50.
- Alain Ramié, Picasso, catalogue of the ceramic work published 1947-1971, Vallauris, 1988, model reproduced on page 60 under number 105.
- Excepting a small chip and occasional minor surface rub on the raised relief profile of the goat, it is in very good condition.
- Diameter, 26.5cm.
